I guess I see a government that will accept and honour an artist as long as they follow certain guidelines. Art is free expression of ones ideas, passions and feelings. By arresting and detaining this man you are showing to all that human rights are not important - a right to express oneself is a very important human right. If one does not agree with the "art" one should choose to ignore it - not arrest the artist.
